Gorgeous painted room, beautiful helpful staff! Only downside was that there was no air conditioner, just a fan. Other than that, it was lovely!!

Very cute little hotel, away from the major tourist areas so it’s quiet at night. Front desk staff are very very nice! Comfortable, clean little room with everything you need! Walls are a little thin, but to be expected. Lots of stairs so not recommended if you have mobility issues!

Nice staff however, the cleaner was loud each morning, on the phone quite loudly and it smelled as if she was smoking in the building. The shower didn’t really get hot or even warm so we had cold showers which was uncomfortable. The reception staff were nice though and that’s the only reason for the 1 star I’m afraid. The noise was absolutely insane from other rooms and the outside, and whilst I understand it was advertised as not having air conditioning, a strong fan would have been convenient- the stay was during 45 degree heat. If we opened the window at night to breathe, mosquito’s would get in and bite me a lot so during our time there, we slept for maybe 1 hour each night. It could be good investing in mosquito nets for the windows, some good fans, and maybe stop the smell of smoke going into peoples rooms.

The reception lady is really nice and accommodating, she gave me a map of the city and told me the best places. If you give them your phone number they'll message you on WhatsApp and if you have any questions or problems you can talk to them really quickly and easily. The room has everything you need and the bathroom and bedroom are really clean. Great location. There is no elevator though, so if you have a heavy suitcase you are gonna have to climb the 2 and a half stories to the bedrooms.
